Physical Goods With Receipt
Physical goods include any product that is shipped to the customer. Software purchases are not included.
Just ship your purchase back in the condition you received it, in the original bag/box and with the tags on it anytime within 30 days from the purchase.
Returns within 30 days of purchase and with a valid sales receipt will be credited back via the original tender type. We are not able to issue refunds to other cards, gift cards, in cash or via other forms of payment.
All returned or exchanged items must be in new condition, with packaging and tags. Worn, used, damaged or washed merchandise can NOT be returned.
Shipping and handling fees are not refundable. You will need to pay for return shipping, but we will ship any exchanged merchandise free of charge.
We cannot offer returns or exchanges of purchases made in person.
Software Purchases With Receipt
If you find that our software isn't the solution to your needs or that it doesn't work in a satisfactory way for you, please let us know. Many issues can be solved with a few simple steps.
Purchases made within 30 days can be refunded for the full original transaction price. Refunds will be issued via the original tender.
Licenses will be deactivated, and software must be removed from all computers to complete a refund.
We will conduct a courtesy search of our database to see if we can locate your original purchase utilizing the credit card information associated with the original transaction or your telephone number. If we locate your original purchase and it occurred within the prior 30 days, the refund will be equal to the amount of the price paid and in the original form of tender. If the information cannot be located we will not be able to process a return.
